Avocado and Tuna Tapas


INGREDIENTS

  • 1 can tuna packed in spring water, drained

  • 1 tablespoon mayonnaise

  • 1 recipe - 3 green onions, thinly sliced + additional for garnish

  • 1 recipe - 1/2 red bell pepper, chopped

  • 1 dash balsamic vinegar

  • 1 recipe (to taste) black pepper

  • 1 pinch (or to taste) garlic salt

  • 1 recipe - 2 ripe avocados, halved and pitted

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Stir together tuna, mayonnaise, green onions, red pepper, and balsamic vinegar in a bowl. Season with pepper and garlic salt, then pack the avocado halves with the tuna mixture.

  2. Garnish with reserved green onions and a dash of black pepper before serving.
